"As a previous patient of Gunjan, I can attest that working with her is always worth it. Her rigorous education and training combined with experience and a gift for listening make her an invaluable resource for anyone looking to grow. She helped me learn to speak to myself with compassion which helps me every single day as I face new challenges in motherhood, and is a skill I'll pass on to my child. Gunjan is truly amazing at what she does!"

The Journey
Session themes
Ten weeks. Ten shifts. Each one a small revolution in how you show up for your kid.
Man in the Mirror
Your kids don't listen to your words. They copy your actions. Start with yourself.
Before we can change how our kids behave, we have to look honestly at what we're modeling. This session is about noticing your own patterns — not with shame, but with curiosity.
Learn to Be Happy
Self-neglect leads to unhappy parents, unhappy kids, unhappy families. Change that.
You cannot pour from an empty cup — and your kids feel it when you're running on fumes. This session helps you identify what actually refills you, and why prioritizing yourself is one of the most loving things you can do for your family.
Learn to Listen
Emotions are always valid. Practice validating your child before you react.
Most parent-child conflicts escalate because the child doesn't feel heard. This session teaches you the one skill — emotional validation — that can de-escalate almost any situation before it becomes a fight.
The Power of Repair
Relationships aren't ruined by conflict. They're ruined by the refusal to repair.
Every parent loses their temper. Every parent says something they regret. This session teaches you how to come back — how to repair with your child in a way that actually deepens trust instead of just smoothing it over.
Make Time for Fun
They really need you. Not the stressed version. The present one.
Connection doesn't require a vacation or a grand gesture. It requires 15 minutes of undivided, phone-down, fully-present time. This session shows you exactly how to build that — even on the hardest days.
Accept Them As They Are
You don't need perfect kids to be a good parent — and they don't need to match the image you imagined. Observe who they actually are.
The pressure to raise 'successful' children can make us lose sight of the child in front of us, and our kids feel it when they don't match the image we had for them — it quietly damages their self-worth. This session helps you separate your identity from your child's performance, see your child clearly, celebrate who they actually are, and release the version you imagined — parenting from a place of security, not anxiety.
Teaching Reliability
It's good to burden them sometimes. Good parenting is not just what you do for the kids but more importantly what you teach them to do for themselves.
Building self-reliance starts with letting your child carry small, age-appropriate loads — a chore, a homework routine, a consequence. This session helps you tell the difference between supporting and rescuing, so your child grows confident in their own capacity instead of waiting for you to step in.
Self-Regulation
Learn to see disrespect as dysregulation — not defiance.
When a child acts out, the question isn't 'how do I stop this behavior' — it's 'what is this behavior telling me?' This session teaches you to read your child's emotional state, regulate your own, and respond instead of react.
Parenting and Faith
Believe in your child's ability to adapt, fail, and grow. Let them.
Overprotection is rooted in fear. This session helps you build genuine trust in your child's resilience — and gives you the tools to step back without abandoning them, so they can develop real confidence.
Technology & Connection
Raise leaders, not followers. Help them own their digital world.
Screens aren't going away — but you can change your child's relationship with them. This session gives you a framework for setting boundaries around technology that your child will actually respect, because they understand why.
Every Session
This isn't a lecture. It's a practice.
Each 90-minute session is structured to move you — not just inform you. The first 30 minutes, Gunjan introduces a theme with research-backed insight and real clinical experience. Then the room opens up: you'll role-play real conversations you've been avoiding, share the moments you're not proud of (in a room where no one judges), swap what's actually working with other parents, and leave with one concrete tool to try that same week. No homework. No pressure. Just practice — and, yes, it can actually be fun.
